Our refund policy is simple.
If you're not happy with your purchase, for whatever reason, let us know within 14 working days of the product arriving and we'll process a full refund for you, and also arrange for a free return.
Please note it can take up to 10 working days for a refund to be transferred back to the card you used to pay. We process refunds in a batch on Thursday of each week.
